The purpose of the Global Civil Network (GCN) is to incubate and support an expontential increase in healthy local/global (glocal) dynamics leading to a corresponding increase in global cooperation, policy development and even governance, complemenary (not in oppositon) to existing nation states or their subdivisions or international organizations. This is all for the purpose of creating a more sustainable and flouring world both locally and globally and an increasing sense of and commitment to an interconnected global civilization.
The Global Civil Network (GCN) has launched an online web site which hosts and supports organizations and communities in engaging, learning, collaborating and forming networks with others anywhere in the world.
